This luxury chalet is a real gem, located in La Clusaz and fully renovated in 2021. Its exceptional location makes it an ideal starting point for the Etale and Aiguille ski slopes, as well as for summer and winter hiking in the Aravis mountains.
Set in a private 1,500 m² plot including a charming stream, this authentic 280 m² Savoyard chalet can easily accommodate up to 12 people + 2 children in its 6 bedrooms, including a master bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom.
The open-plan living room occupies the entire floor and is tastefully decorated. It features a large open-plan kitchen, a spacious bar that can accommodate several guests, a lounge area around the fireplace, and a convivial table for meals with family or friends. From this unique room, access to the outdoors is via two balconies equipped with garden furniture and radiant heaters in winter.
Guests also have access to an outdoor Jacuzzi area for private use, as well as a gas barbecue for moments of relaxation and sharing in summer.
