Practical questions

Is there someone on site?

Your EA advisor will be present on arrival and on discharge, and will be available by telephone during your stay for any questions, advice or services relating to your EA stay.

How long do I have to make a reservation?

Our teams advise you to book as early as possible for peak periods (Christmas and New Year’s Day or the February vacations for themountain area, July and August for the Provence and Golfe de Saint-Tropez areas).

Cancellation policy

Each reservation and accommodation is subject to specific cancellation conditions. These will be communicated to you on the final quote when you make your reservation, and verbally during your meeting with your EA consultant.

Terms of payment

Each reservation will be validated once your deposit has been paid. On receipt of your deposit of 30% to 50% of your quote, our team will send you confirmation of your stay. 8 weeks before your stay, the outstanding amount must be paid.

Deposit

A deposit will be required on arrival in your EA accommodation; the amount will be given to you on your final quote before signature and will be returned to you on departure after you have checked out with your EA consultant.

How do I book activities or experiences?

Each activity, service or experience will be booked with your EA referent at the time of your final quote. It will be possible to book last-minute services or activities at the risk of restricted availability.

Every EA service will be offered to you with no surprises, including tourist taxes, parking, and your EA referent to create your stay and be present at your arrival and departure.

Parking and extras already booked and paid for

All services, activities and parking will be discussed with your EA consultant and settled at the time of your final quote; you can add services once you’re on site with your EA consultant, availability permitting.

Quick check, we receive you as soon as possible

The EA teams will save you time on check-in and check-out, as your contact person will have collected all the information before your arrival and will accompany you directly to your accommodation or parking lot, avoiding you having to go through reception.

Quotation, deposit, payment and acceptance by your EA referent

A single point of contact from creation to the end of your stay! He will guide you through the booking process, respond to all your requests or needs and advise you on how to have the best possible time. He will adapt to your means of communication, e-mail / sms / wattsapp / telephone ….
