Villa View Point
Villa View Point is a large, recently redecorated chalet offering breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Most bedrooms and living areas benefit from windows and large bay windows overlooking the garden, pool and lake, letting light and views into the house.
You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape from the pool, the outdoor lounge area with umbrellas and deckchairs by the pool, the large outdoor dining table with barbecue and the large wild garden. Please note that the garden is on a slope. It’s a great place to play and run, but not suitable for a soccer match!
The property is fully gated and fenced. Bikes and sports equipment can be stored in the lockable pool area. Villa View Point offers free parking for up to 6 cars.
The great advantage of this house is the unobstructed view of the lake and surrounding area, and quick access to superb hiking and biking trails. Walking through the village can take around 20 minutes downhill and probably twice as long uphill. Electric bikes are a great way to get around and get home.

Lake Annecy
Cycling is a must on Lake Annecy. A greenway runs along the western shore of the lake, then escapes in the direction of Ugine. It is also possible to continue along the eastern shore to circle the lake. Two 18-hole golf courses on the lakeshore also boast breathtaking views: the Lac d’Annecy golf course at Talloires, and the Giez golf course.
To discover the lake from the air, paragliding initiation courses and baptisms are offered from the Col de la Forclaz, one of the most beautiful spots in France. Hiking offers splendid views of the lake.
